A golf spectator got arrested by cops for slapping (more like touching) Justin Timberlake on his neck over the weekend. The Hollywood actor/singer was at the American Century Celebrity Pro-Am in Lake Tahoe and in a video shared by TMZ, the man's hand is seen smacking Justin on the neck as he's walking through the crowd. Turning around in surprise, Justin yelled, "Why would you do that?" but later walked off. Tournament reps saw it as a minor incident, and Justin who didn't have a mark on him, declined to press charges. However, when cops attempted to escort the man (who appeared intoxicated) off the premises, he refused to leave and claimed he just wanted to touch Justin and got overzealous. He was then arrested him for disorderly conduct.
22-year-old woman was stabbed to death by her jilted lover inside their rented apartment on Monday, July 25, at Kahawa Wendani Estate in Kiambu County, Kenya. The victim, Edinas Nyainda, was stabbed several times with a knife by her 30-year-old lover, identified as Maxwell Okoth. According to witnesses, the two had a disagreement after Nyainda, a recent Kenyatta University graduate, threatened to leave him. Residents told the Nation that the man attempted to kill himself by stabbing himself in the stomach with the same knife he used to stab her.
"I heard a commotion at around 3am and when I went to check, the assailant threatened me with a knife, prompting me to call the police," said Evans Silange, a watchman guarding the premises.
Police used tear gas to access the rented room, located in an apartment near Wendani’s Nakumatt Supermarket, after the killer threatened to pursue anyone attempting to get inside. It took officers three hours to break into his room, where they arrested the man and took him to the Ruiru Police Station.
Ruiru MP Esther Gathogo, (pictured above consoling the victim's sister) who visited the scene, described the killing as shocking and saddening. She urged couples to opt for peaceful ways to resolve differences.
"It is saddening when a young girl’s life is snuffed out by her lover just because they differed. If people cannot live together it is better to part ways," she said

Congolese Rumba maestro Koffi Olomide was arrested this morning at his home in Kinshasha, DRC, following a court order. The singer was deported by the Kenyan government last week after a video emerged showing him kicking one of his female dancers at Nairobi Airport. Footage of the incident caused a social media outcry with thousands taking to Facebook and Twitter to demand that he be thrown out of the country.
Olomide's show at Zambia's Agricultural And Commercial Society, where he was scheduled to perform at this year's 90th Show, was cancelled as a result of the incident. Photos shows the legendary singer being handcuffed and taken to court.

Alikiba and Barakah arrived in the country on Tuesday morning they went to perform various tasks including their video shoot.

Koffi Olomide’s Zambia concert has been cancelled after he assaulted one of his female dancers at Nairobi’s JKIA last Friday. The Rhumba maestro was arrested after a video of him assaulting one of his dancers went viral, sparking outrage and condemnation on social media. The Congolese Musician was scheduled to perform at this year’s 90th Show at the Zambia’s Agricultural And Commercial Society. The President of the management Committee Ben Shoko said on Sunday that the cancellation follows the unfortunate incident at Kenya’s Airport. Olomide was deported to Kinshasa, DRC by Kenya Airways after he spent Friday night at JKIA’s police cell. He was arrested outside Royal Media Services offices on Friday evening shortly after his interview with Citizen TV. The musician has, however, apologised for his behaviour. In a post on his official Facebook page on Sunday, the singer apologised to his fans, especially "women and children", asking for forgiveness.
"I profoundly regret what happened... it was a moment of madness," Olomide told Congolese national broadcaster RTNC, in an interview attached to the Facebook post.
The star also apologised directly to the people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo who may have felt "dishonoured by this behaviour".
During the interview, Koffi denied assaulting the dancer, identified as Pamela.
His lawyer George Wajackoyah also accused the police of manhandling the musician.
"The right procedure was not followed in deporting Olomide," he said during a press conference on Saturday." said Wajackoyah
Los Angeles – Arnold Schwarzenegger was found dead at his California home. Schwarzenegger was 68 years old.
Police responded to the L.A. home after receiving a 911 emergency call for a “unresponsive male”. Upon entering the residence, police found Schwarzenegger’s deceased body in his bed.
Little information is known at this time and police intend to investigate the cause of death.

An Indian man who bought one of the world's most expensive shirts made entirely of gold has been allegedly battered to death, police said.Datta Phuge shot into the global limelight in 2013 when he bought a shirt made with more than 3kg of gold and worth $250,000 .
Money-lender Phuge, 48, from western Pune, was reportedly set upon by 12 people on Thursday night, who hit him with a sickle and stones. Mr Phuge’s 22-year-old son witnessed the attack but was not harmed, according to the police, who are questioning four people in connection with it,BBC reports The alleged killers had invited the pair to a birthday party in Dighi area the police said.
One of the suspects had invited Mr Phuge and his 22-year-old son to celebrate a birthday at an open ground in Dighi area when the men attacked him with stones and a sharp weapon. Police on Friday have identified the man who used a hired lorry to kill at least 84 people in a terrorist attack during Bastille Day celebrations in Nice, France, as a well known French-Tunisian criminal.
The man was shot by police after he deliberately drove at a packed street of spectators, killing at least 84 and wounding many more.
According to AFP, the perpetrator was a local 30-year-old career criminal who was born in Tunisia before moving to France.
His 19 tonne lorry had zigzagged through crowds massing on the Promenade des Anglais on Thursdaynight, killing anyone he could.
After being stopped by armed police, who fired bullets into the lorry’s windscreen, the so far unnamed man exchanged fire with officers using a 7.65pistol, before being shot dead.
The attack, which comes eight months and a day after Isis gunmen and suicide bombers killed 130 people in Paris, appeared so far to be the work of a lone assailant.
"People went down like ninepins," Jacques, who runs Le Queenie restaurant on the seafront, told France Info.
"I saw people go down," bystander Franck Sidoli, who was visibly shocked, told Reuters at the scene. "Then the truck stopped, we were just five metres away. A woman was there, she lost her son. Her son was on the ground, bleeding."

It's like twenty six cars all of which are ferrying the President,his press team,his aides,his boys,his papers,his security,his food,his soldiers,his family,his secretaries,his traditional yams,his suitcases,his extra pair of socks,his hats,his shoes,his books and his chair. Yes, chair. The vehicles are shuttling down Kyeirumba road in breakneck speed. The road has been cleared for the Big Man. He is riding in a black,suave Land Cruiser V8 that is between some twenty other cars. Mzee is sitting at the back left of the V8. He's from some conference and he's tired. Mzee is actually sipping some traditional Ugandan tea and biting some mandazi. He's trying to initiate a friendly conversation with his driver who is too scared to talk along. Or laugh with the Big Man. There's only four people in his car. Mzee,his driver and two heavily-armed soldiers. There are more soldiers in the other cars behind mzee. The Big Man is now done with Chai and maandazi. "Pass me the newsipaper Kasingiro..."Mzee says to his aide. He's passed the New Vision newspaper. Mzee sinks his head into it."Oh Besigye is goin-i to be released today? I didn't even know! Good luck to the poor gentoroman...."He says and laughs. His driver tries to laugh and put on a serious face at the same time.
09.47am...Mzee Falls Asleep
Like I said,Mzee is tired. He's from a World Population conference and they made his sit up all day and make a twenty-hour speech. But Mzee likes talking. And all of his speeches are usually full of blunders and ignorances. He likes to be funny and annoying. Now, the Big Man is tired. And he tells his aides so."Kasingiro... I'm tired. I need to take a nap. Don't drive too fast Karutunda, I'm tryn-i to catch a nap... He he he"he say and chuckles to himself. And then the Big Man slips away... Into a deep slumber. Karutunda,the driver,is now driving less faster. Mzee is at the back left of the black armored Land Cruiser napping away. He doesn't want to disturb Mzee. Or knock potholes and wake up the Big Man. At around the Isingiro Market,the poor villagers of the region are now starting to line up the road in an attempt to catch a glimpse of the Big Man. From one end of the road to the other, villagers are piling up. Most of them look like they've spent the last sixteen days on an empty stomach. And the rest look like they survive on monkey soup. These are villagers. Poorly dressed villagers who,from a far,look like a the cast of the Walking Dead. But they love the Big Man. Even though they cannot really tell what the Big Man has ever done for them. For the last 30 years. "Your Ekisellency... Your Ekisellency.... Villagers want to greet you.... So,as Namusonga is busy minding her business,she notices the Big Man's phone ring. Quickly she uses her own phone to call Karutunda."Tell His Ekisellency that his mobile phone isi ringing.... It's a Very Important Call.... Tell him NOW. PLEASE!"Namusonga, the Secretary says to the President's Chief security. "Your Ekisellency.... You have an Important Phone Call... It has been declared Very Important-i Sir!"Karutunda says to the Big Man."Tell them-u I am busy. The President is busy. He will call them-u back later...."Big Man says to Karutunda. Karutunda tells Namusonga that the Big Man is busy. And that he will call back. Namusonga almost goes crazy."Karutunda! Do you know who is calling?!! Karutunda priiss! All the drivers have been asked to pull over. The Big Man needs to make an important phone call. Namusonga rushes out of the blue Mercedes Car with the Nokia phone tightly clutched in her arms. President's security men have all jumped from their cars and positioned themselves around the whole area. Civilian cars are being ordered to turn around and drive back. Villagers are now being chased away. It's a critical time. And it's a sensitive place for the Big Man to be. All the men traveling with the Big Man are worried stiff. What's going on!?
